To support and engage with our current and prospective supply chain partners, CHEP hosts customer forums and is involved in a number of key industry events throughout the year including trade shows, presentations and conferences.

Learning, collaborating and networking opportunity: CHEP Customer Forums

The CHEP customer forum program enables us to connect with customers, building improvements to their business, the supply chain and CHEP. The forums and working groups are hands-on sessions designed to promote discussion and deliver actionable improved outcomes.

With over 550 customers involved, the events have been running in Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne since 2011. Focused on developing best practice equipment control processes, the program has since been extended to Adelaide and Perth.

Food and Grocery Australia continues to be the most significant conference for the nation's $131 billion food and grocery sector.

Food and Grocery Australia 2019 will be held at the Hilton Hotel Sydney, 28-30 May 2019 and will focus exclusively on the fast moving consumer goods and retail industry within Australia. The program provides delegates with leading industry insights, both locally and globally; access to thought leadership; key insights into the challenges faced by retailers; and the latest thinking to drive connectivity with today’s consumers.

AUSVEG and PMA Australia-New Zealand Limited (PMA A-NZ) have again united to deliver the joint industry conference and Trade Show, Hort Connections 2019.

Hort Connections 2019 will be held at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre, 24-26 June 2019. Members in the horticulture industry will be inspired to aim high, with the theme ‘Growing our Food Future’ headlining the conference. The event will cater to buyers and sellers from every segment of the fresh produce and floral supply chain including seed companies, growers, packers, processors, shippers, importers and exporters, wholesalers and retailers, foodservice, associated suppliers to the industry, and many more.

Attendees are encouraged to visit the CHEP stand (Stand 65 and 82) to discuss their supply chain and learn more about how we can work together to improve produce quality, optimise logistics, improve safety, and reduce waste and manual handling.
