Eliminating the greatest waste.
Each year, about 1.2 trillion kg of food is lost or wasted globally. That’s nearly a half a kilogram a day for every person on the planet. Equally important, food waste is the third largest source of CO2 emissions in the world.
The best way to get to the root cause of food waste is to find the weakest links in the supply chain.
Our technical experts will review your internal and external supply chain to find those weak links. We’ll systematically evaluate all of your food handling processes, packaging components and material handling systems to figure out where the waste is happening. We’ll also examine logistics processes, environmental impacts and transportation.
We’ll work with you to implement a plan of action that will systemically address possible food waste issues.
