Overview
CHEP Assured Pallets provide a guarantee that every pallet you receive meets tight tolerances. The following are the key criteria:
+ Bottom lead board pushback is ≤ 15 mm
+ Bottom lead board width is ≥ 75% of original (original = 150 mm)
+ Bottom tunnel gap is ≥ 180 mm
+ Bottom centre intermediate board is +/-20 mm from the centre of the pallet
+ Passed through automated nail press equipment
+ 8 top deck boards
You can be confident in knowing that if ever an Assured Pallet is issued from a CHEP Service Centre and does not meet this criteria, we will investigate, refund and replace Assured Pallets found to be non-compliant.
