Matthew joined CHEP in 2003 and became Country General Manager of CHEP India in 2016. Prior to this role, Matthew held a variety of customer solutions and business development positions in Sub-Saharan Africa and was promoted to Director, Business Development in 2012, before moving to India. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours degree from the University of the Witwatersrand and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.

DK has more than 18 years of experience in various fields including sales, marketing and supply chain within the Indian market. He has worked in established Indian business groups and multinational corporations in the B2B and B2C environments.

As one of the key foundation members of CHEP India, he has worked on various projects in rural marketing in a B2C scenario and is constantly promoting the adoption of a returnable packaging pooling model in the Indian Automotive industry. DK is an active member and panelist of several marketing and supply chain forums like CII, SIAM, ACMA, IIMM etc. 

Iain Cumming

Iain has held the position of Finance Manager for CHEP Middle East and North Africa since 2012, while also acting as Business Partner for CHEP India's Finance department since early 2017.

After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in Scotland, he  worked for GlaxoSmithKline and Aggreko where he learned how multinational organisations operated effectively and invested in their people and systems. On the process side, he became a Six Sigma Green Belt and worked in cross functional teams to successfully deliver various projects. 

Mudit Gupta

Mudit joined CHEP in 2008 and has over 20 years experience in B2B and Channel sales, marketing and product management. Prior to joining CHEP, he worked with some of India’s leading business houses like Tata, Bajaj and Shriram.

He has a thorough understanding of the Automotive and FMCG supply chains, while holding an Engineering degree from NIT Raipur and has done his EPBM at IIM Kolkata.

Ritesh Chandra

Ritesh joined CHEP in 2010 and was appointed Brambles’ Regional Counsel, Asia Pacific in 2011. He started his career in sales in 1996 before he found his calling for law and graduated with an LLB in 2001, following which he practiced in various District Courts, Delhi High Court and also assisted senior lawyers in the Supreme Court.

After practicing as a lawyer in courts for few years, Ritesh worked as in-house counsel with North Delhi Power Limited, then Airtel and Tata Motors. Today he plays a pivotal role in protecting and promoting the company’s business interests and is a member of the leadership teams.

Roger Slater

Roger has worked for CHEP in various Operations and Supply Chain roles for over 23 years. His experience in end-to-end supply chain solutions and operational efficiencies within the UK and Ireland market has led to him working with the supply chain in Thailand and his current role within the CHEP India team. 

Shuchi Chatterjee

Strategic Projects Implementation Leader

Shuchi Chatterjee is employed as Strategic Projects Implementation Leader at CHEP. She is responsible for implementing Customers‘ Engagement, CHEP

Before taking up her current role, Shuchi was the head of the company's Human Resources function for India, the Middle East and North Africa. She joined CHEP India in 2010 and oversaw the organisation's HR operations till 2015.

Shuchi has more than 17 years experience in Project Management and Human Resources functions. She completed her PG Certification in Human Resource Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur and has PG certification in Marketing and Advertising from Women’s Polytechnic, New Delhi.
