CHEP Southern Europe
Enrique joined CHEP in 2003 and has held a range of senior roles including Senior Vice President, Europe Supply Chain, for the past four years, with responsibility for leading the safe and efficient operations of CHEP’s European Service Centres and managing logistics across the CHEP network in Europe.
Since July 2018, he holds the position of Senior Vice President for CHEP in Southern Europe. Prior to joining CHEP he held key positions in various consultancy positions specialised in supply chain.
Enrique holds a double Engineering degree from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and the École Centrale de Paris. Also holds a MBA from Instituto de Empresa of Madrid.
Country General Manager
Francesca joined CHEP in 2011 and has held a variety of leadership positions including Key Accounts Manager of Retail and Asset Management, Senior Manager of Field Service Manager and Retail Service and Commercial Director, from 2016 to 2019.
Since July 2019, she holds the position of Country General Manager, CHEP Italy
Francesca holds a master’s degree in International Relationship from Università di Bologna and a MBA from Università Bocconi di Milano.
Retailer and Asset Senior Manager
Mario joined Chep in 2017 as Finance Business Partner and in 2019 he became Retailer and Asset Senior Manager. Prior to this role, he helds managerial roles in several multinational companies both in finance and planning.
He has University Degree in Management Engineering from Politecnico di Milano.
HR Business Partner, Southern Europe
CHEP Italia, Spagna, Portogallo, Grecia, Francia e Marocco
Lilia joined CHEP in 2010 as the Human Resources Manager for Italy and since 2016 she has occupied the role of Human Resources Business Partner for Spain, Portugal, Italy, Greece, France and Morocco. Prior to this, Lilia held various management positions within the HR departments of multinational companies.
She is an accredited Business Coach and has a Master’s in Advanced Neuro-linguistic Programming.
Business Development Senior Manager
Marco joined CHEP in 2011 and became Business Development Senior Manager in 2019. Prior to this role, he held the position of Manager CS National Accounts and in 2016 he became the Manager CS National Accounts.
Marco holds a master’s degree in Economics (University of Modena), a Master diploma in Innovation (University of Bologna) and he has had working experience in Business Development and project management.
