CHEP New Zealand Leadership Team
Joined Brambles in 1989 and became President, CHEP Asia Pacific in 2014, having previously held the positions of President CHEP Australia and New Zealand and President CHEP Australia. Phillip has held a variety of senior roles across Brambles, including Chief Financial Officer of the Brambles Transport Group, Chief Financial Officer of CHEP Australia, Operations Manager for Wreckair Hire, and executive roles in the CHEP Australia business responsible for Sales, Asset Management and Business Development. Phillip is a board member of Enactus Australia and an Ambassador for the National Association for Women in Operations (NAWO). He holds a Bachelor of Economics and a Masters of Logistics Management, both from the University of Sydney.
Senior Director, Chief Financial Officer, CHEP
Joined CHEP in 2013 as Senior Director, Chief Financial Officer, Asia Pacific. Craig has held a variety of senior roles across Coca-Cola Amatil including Chief Financial Officer Coca-Cola Amatil Indonesia, DAS Distribution as Chief Financial Officer, Mayne Logistics Asia as Regional Financial Controller and P&O Australia as State Accountant, Queensland. He holds a Bachelor of Business Accounting at the Queensland University of Technology and an Associate Diploma, Treasury Management from the Australian Society of Corporate Treasurers.
Senior Director, Supply Chain, CHEP
Joined CHEP in 2011 and became Senior Director, Supply Chain, Asia Pacific in 2017, having held the positions of Operations Manager – Northern, National Logistics Director CHEP Australia and Senior Director, Supply Chain Australia and New Zealand. Geoff has held a variety of senior roles across VIP Packaging including Business Manager – Extrusion and Thermoforming, Anzpac Services Australia Pty Ltd as General Manager and British American Tobacco as General Manager. He holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Agricultural Business Management from Charles Sturt University.
Director, Human Resources, CHEP
Joined CHEP in 2011 as Director, Human Resources, Asia Pacific. Marisa has held a variety of senior roles across the National Australia Bank including HR Lead, Integration and Acquisitions, KAZ Group as National Manager, HR Service Delivery and CSC as the National HR Manager. She holds a Bachelor of Adult Education, HR from the University of Technology Sydney and a Master of Business Administration from Macquarie University – Graduate School of Business.
Managing Director, CHEP Pallecon Solutions (CPS)
Joined CHEP in 1996 and became Managing Director, CHEP Pallecon Solutions (CPS) in July 2015, having previously held the positions of Director of Sales CPS and Director of Sales CHEP Containers. John has held a variety of senior roles across the APAC region including Director of Sales - Automotive APAC where he developed new programs with our Australian Automotive partners and developed new markets in China and Thailand. This role expanded into Director Sales - Containers with the additional responsibility to grow CHEP’s Fresh and Industrial containers portfolio. As the Managing Director, CHEP Pallecon Solutions, John has focused on entering new Asian geographies, intercontinental movements and extending the Pallecon product footprint. He is currently a company director of CPS Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore. He holds a Bachelor of Economics and Marketing from Deakin University, Melbourne.
