Finance Director, Central and Eastern Europe
Izabella Maczkowska-Ciborowska has joined CHEP Poland at the end of 2017 as Finance Director responsible for countries of Central and Eastern Europe and in 2019 she has taken over, in addition, a position of General Manager Poland and Baltics.
Before joining CHEP Poland, she was holding multiple managerial positions in Carlsberg, Mexichem and Imperial Tobacco Groups.
Izabella had an ACCA fellow, with Executive MBA from Nottingham Trent University and holds a Master's degree in journalism at Poznan University of Economics.
Country General Manager
CHEP Poland and Baltics
Kinga di Salvo has worked at CHEP Poland since 2008. Before becoming Managing Director for Poland and the Baltics, she was Country Manager for the Baltics and Senior Customer Service Manager for Poland, responsible for developing and implementing the company’s operational plans. Prior to that, she acted as Customer Service Manager, managing the Key Accounts Team and was responsible for preparing tactical plans and implementing new projects.
She studied diplomacy and international relations and holds a Master’s degree in Political Sciences. She is also a graduate of CEDEP’s Fast Track Programme, run in partnership with INSEAD.
Retail & LMS Category Senior Manager
Jarosław has gained professional experience in some the largest corporations in the field of logistics and supply chain. He began working at CHEP Poland in 2015 as Business Insight and Planning Manager. A year later, he was also appointed Retail Sales Manager and became responsible for the company’s cooperation with leading retailers in Poland. Currently Jarosław is the Retail & LMS Category Senior Manager.
Jarosław graduated from the Economics Department of the Higher School of Economics in Warsaw and holds a postgraduate degree in Coaching and Mentoring in Business from the Technical University of Łódź.
Senior Customer Service Manager
Marcin has several years’ experience in managing logistics processes and sales and began his career at CHEP in 2008. As Sales Manager for more than two years, he was responsible for business development and sales of CHEP services in southern Poland. He then held positions managing departments. In 2014, he became Baltic Country Leader and was responsible for strengthening the strategic partnership between CHEP and the largest global customers. Currently, he is responsible for coordinating the Customer Service Team at CHEP Poland.
Marcin graduated from the University of Warsaw with a degree in Management.
Asset Management & Baltics Manager
Piotr has worked at CHEP Poland since 2013 and currently acts as Asset Management Manager for Poland and Baltics Manager, managing all of CHEP’s activities in the Baltics. Since the start of his career at CHEP, he has been responsible for all aspects relating to managing the company’s assets. As Retail Sales Manager, he created a team that has been successfully developing partnerships with key sales networks in Poland. He also acts as Zero Harm Officer and is responsible for employee safety in CHEP’s Polish branch.
Piotr has a degree in Archaeology and holds an Executive MBA.
Senior Sales Department Manager
Marek joined CHEP Poland in 2012 as a member of Asset Management team where he played an important role in managing CHEP assets in Poland. In 2013 he joined Sales Department as a Sales Representative, later on being promoted to the position of the Head of Field Sales. For 4 years he had been responsible for the development of CHEP business and services in Poland as well as coordinating key international projects. Thanks to successes in this role, he was appointed CHEP Poland Sales Department Manager in 2017. Currently Marek is responsible for building and implementing CHEP's sales strategy and services in Poland, the Baltic States and Ukraine.
Marek is a graduate of the Lublin University of Technology with a specialization in Transport Management and Engineering.
Finance Business Partner Poland & Baltics
Maciej joined CHEP Poland in 2017 as Finance Business Partner Poland & Baltics. He has several years’ experience in managing financial processes in global companies.
Maciej studied Economics and holds the CIMA Certificate.
HR Shared Services Director
Sebastian joined CHEP in 2013 as Senior HR Business Partner and in this role was responsible for Central and Eastern Europe. In 2016, he took up the position of Senior Manager, Shared Services Europe Operations, which he holds to this day. Before taking up his current role, Sebastian was responsible for Central and Eastern Europe as Senior HR Business Partner.
He graduated from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities (SWPS) with a degree in Social Psychology.
Carrier Manager CEE North
Agnieszka joined the CHEP Poland team in 2003 and became Planning Manager CEE in 2017. During her time at CHEP, she has held various positions in the Supply Chain Support department (including as Logistics, Planning, and Carrier Management CEE Manager) and in the Customer Service department.
Agnieszka graduated from the Warsaw Agricultural University (SGGW) with a degree in Horticulture and is continuing her education in logistics management.
Supply Chain Manager CEE, North
Paweł joined CHEP Poland in 2014 as Supply Chain Manager for Central Eastern Europe and North (including Poland, the Baltics, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary) and is responsible for all the activities of the Service Centres in the region, for both pallets and the automotive sector.
He holds a Master’s degree from the University of Bamberg (Germany) and has an MBA from Leon Koźmiński Academy.
