Country General Manager, CHEP Poland and Baltics
Izabella Maczkowska-Ciborowska has joined CHEP Poland at the end of 2017 as Finance Director responsible for countries of Central and Eastern Europe and in 2019 she additionally took over a position of Interim Country General Manager Poland and Baltics.
From August 1st 2020, Izabella became permanent Country General Manager of Poland and Baltics and will focus on supporting our clients and business partners by promoting and implementing sustainable pooling solutions in Poland, Estonia, Lithuania and Latvia. One of her key priorities is to use CHEP passion and unique expertise in creating multiple synergies with our customers and business partners to build better and more sustainable supply chain.
Izabella has an extensive multinational experience in Executive Management, Finance, Sales and Business Development. Before joining CHEP Poland, she was holding multiple managerial positions in international companies from FMCG and B2B sectors in Poland as well as abroad.
Izabella has a solid educational foundation with master degree from Poznan University of Economics, executive MBA by The Nottingham Trent University and in addition she has ACCA qualifications.
Senior Customer Service Manager
Jarosław has gained professional experience in some the largest corporations in the field of logistics and supply chain. He began working at CHEP Poland in 2015 as Business Insight and Planning Manager. A year later, he was appointed Retail & LMS Category Sernior Manager and became responsible for the company’s cooperation with leading retailers in Poland. Later, Jarosław performed the role iof Retail & Asset Management Senior Manager responsible for cooperation with retailers and all aspects relating to managing the company’s assets. From 1st January, he is a Senior Customer Service Manager, focusing primarily on creating multi-dimensional values in the supply chain and building long-term partnerships with our customers. He is a supporter and ambassador of holistic thinking, based on cooperation and searching for comprehensive solutions supporting a sustainable supply chain and the ideas of ZeroWasteWorld.
Jarosław graduated from the Economics Department of the Higher School of Economics in Warsaw and holds a postgraduate degree in Coaching and Mentoring in Business from the Technical University of Łódź.
Retail & Asset Management Senior Manager
Marek has been associated with CHEP Polska since 2012. In the organization, he performed a number of roles related to sales, cooperation with the market, and customer service. Currently, he is responsible for cooperation with retail chains, product development strategy, and also supervises the management and optimization of the company's asset flows. He has knowledge and experience in both the FMCG and B2B market. From 2015, he managed field sales in the new clients sector, then he was the head of field sales. In 2017-2020 he was the head of the Sales Department, where he was responsible for the preparation, implementation and execution of CHEP sales and service strategies in Poland, the Baltic States and Ukraine
Marek is a graduate of the Lublin University of Technology with a specialization in Transport Management and Engineering.
Finance Business Partner Poland & Baltics
Maciej joined CHEP Poland in 2017 as Finance Business Partner Poland & Baltics. He has several years’ experience in managing financial processes in global companies.
Maciej studied Economics and holds the CIMA Certificate.
Senior Supply Chain Manager CEE, North
Paweł joined CHEP Poland in 2014 as Supply Chain Manager for Central Eastern Europe and North (including Poland, the Baltics, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary) and is responsible for all the activities of the Service Centres in the region, for both pallets and the automotive sector.
He holds a Master’s degree from the University of Bamberg (Germany) and has an MBA from Leon Koźmiński Academy.
HR Manager Poland & Baltics, Russia & Nordics
Anna has joined Chep in April 2020. Previously she has worked in FMCG, aviation and professional services industries, where she held various HR managerial roles both in country and abroad.
Anna has graduated from psychology on UMCS in Lublin and postgraduate studies in Coaching in ALK in Warsaw
Business Development Manager
Aleksandra joined CHEP Sales Team in 2010, taking responsibility for new business development. In 2015, she took the position of Commercial Project Leader, playing the key role in designing tailor-made solutions dedicated to CHEP Strategic Business Partners. Since 2018, as a Business Development Manager, Aleksandra is responsible for setting strategic business development directions and digitalization. Aleksandra also leverages her vast professional experience and knowledge gained by working for leading logistics operators in Poland and abroad before joining CHEP.
She is a graduate of Law studies at WSHiP in Warsaw
