Marco Moritsch appointed CHEP Senior Vice President for Southern Europe
Madrid, 9 September 2021 – CHEP, the supply chain solutions company, has announced the appointment of Marco Moritsch to the position of Senior Vice President, Southern Europe. Reporting directly to David Cuenca, President of CHEP Europe, and being part of the European Executive team, Mr. Moritsch will lead a region which covers Spain, Portugal, France, Morocco, Italy and Greece.
Marco Moritsch joined CHEP as Country General Manager for Italy in 2017 where he accelerated the company’s growth, embedded a collaborative way of working and developed new partnerships with local customers. In the last two years, he worked as Vice President, Global Strategic Initiatives to improve CHEP’s operating model across all regions and functions. In the new role, Mr. Moritsch’s primary areas of focus will be to enhance the strategic agenda of the region, build a robust talent pipeline and deliver unrivalled customer value.
David Cuenca, President CHEP Europe, says: “Marco has a strong strategic and operating background as well as considerable customer and commercial expertise.
