CHEP Turkey General Manager
Ralf Paetzold who has been responsible for various positions at CHEP for 28 years and has years of experience in supply chain management, joined CHEP Turkey as General Manager in November 2018. He is currently increasing the efficiency of supply chain process of CHEP’s partners and carrying out the projects which have potential to contribute sector expansion in Turkey.
Ralf Paetzold started his career at CHEP as Sales and Customer Service Manager in 1990, and following that, he worked as Director in different departments such as European Operations, Business Development and Strategic Marketing. Paetzold carried out feasibility studies for CHEP’s introduction in Russia and became the CHEP Russia General Manager in 2015. In addition to that, he is the Director of Strategy and Logistic Service Providers since 2017.
Commercial Departments Group Manager
He began to work for CHEP Turkey in 2010. Having worked as the manager of sales, customer relations and business development, from 2017 onwards he has been Group Manager in charge of all the commercial departments of CHEP Turkey.
Prior to joining CHEP Turkey, Seymen Serintürk, a graduate of the economics department of Çukurova University’s Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, worked as a manager in the planning and business development departments of various logistic companies.
CHEP Turkey & North Africa Automative Country Manager
Engin Gökgöz has joined CHEP family in 2018 with responsibility of leading the Automotive and Industrial Division for the countries namely, Turkey, Morocco, Egypt, Tunisia and Algeria.
Prior to joining CHEP family, Engin Gökgöz has worked business development and operations management positions in DHL for 13 years. In DHL, he successfully led the projects to transform global customers’ supply chains from various sectors and delivered innovative supply chain solutions within Europe and Middle East & Africa region.
Engin Gökgöz has been graduated from Istanbul University Business Management & Administration Faculty and holds a Master’s Degree of Logistics & Supply Chain Management from the same university. He is currently a lecturer in International Trade and Logistic Faculties for Supply Chain Management & Strategy.
Suat Görgülü joined CHEP in 2015 as Turkey and Russia Finance Manager, and after restructuring of the global CHEP organization in 2017, he was made responsible for Greece instead of Russia.
Görgülü worked for many years as a finance manager in leading international companies in the fast-moving consumer goods sector, and he is involved in social responsibility projects outside work.
Corporate Communication Manager
He began to work for CHEP Turkey in 2014. Following a stint as Asset Protection Manager, since 2017 he has been in charge of all of CHEP Turkey’s Corporate Communication and Strategic Projects.
Enyüce has been awarded the Honour Diploma of the Turkish National Olympics Committee for his social responsibility projects and along with his busy working life he is currently completing a Master’s Degree in Sociology at Ankara University.
Customer and Retail Operations Manager
Seda Kalkandelen Güleç joined the CHEP Turkey family in 2015 as Business Development Manager in the sales department, and was promoted in 2016 to Retail Business Development Manager and in 2017 to the position of Customer and Retail Operations Manager.
Prior to CHEP Turkey, Güleç worked as a manager in sales and business development in the fast-moving consumer goods and retail sectors. She has a degree in International Relations and a Master’s Degree in Management Information Systems from Boğaziçi University.
Supply Chain Manager
Okan Keçici joined CHEP Turkey as Supply Chain Manager in 2016, having worked in Logistics and Supply Chain management in various other companies.
Keçici completed his bachelor degree at Istanbul University’s Faculty of Business Administration, after which he obtained a Master’s Degree in European Logistics, Transport and Distribution from Westminster University.
Retail Management Manager
Kubra Celikoglu joined CHEP Turkey as Retail Management Manager in 2018.
Experienced in various positions in the retail industry as Alshaya and Nike Turkey, Nike UK to be responsible for Sales, Marketing, Project Management, Supply Chain & Logistics, Export & Import and Ecommerce Sales Operations.
Celikoglu graduated from Faculty of Communication Sciences and Administrative Sciences as double degree and then completed a Master’s degree in Advertising and Public Relations at Anadolu University; Foreign Trade and Marketing Management at Istanbul Technical University and Brand Management at Cambridge University.
Human Resources Business Partner
Nursel Akın joined the CHEP Turkey team in 2015 as Human Resources Business Partner, and at the end of 2016 was made responsible for Human Resources processes in Greece as well as Turkey. With Turkey’s transfer to the emerging markets region, from May 2018 North Africa, the Middle East and India have been included in her area of responsibility.
Akın has a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Istanbul University.
Strategic Marketing Executive
Elif Ceren Erburuk joined CHEP Turkey as Strategic Marketing Executive in 2016, and from the second half of that year has been managing marketing for CHEP Greece also.
Before CHEP, she had experience in the areas of B2B strategic marketing and brand management, market research and communications in the energy sector. Erburuk graduated from Political Science and International Relations at Boğaziçi University, and then completed a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with honor degree at the Vrije University of Brussels.
