Gender Pay Gap

The UK Government requires all UK companies employing 250 people or more to disclose the following gender pay gap figures:

  • Gender pay gap (average and median figures)
  • Gender bonus gap (mean and median figures)
  • Proportion of men and women in each quartile of the organisation’s pay structure
  • Proportion of men and women receiving bonuses

This is the fourth Gender Pay Gap report related to our CHEP UK workforce. The analysis, which follows an independently verified approach, continues to show a gender pay gap in favour of women. This year’s report explains in detail the structure of our business and sets out how have continued to work towards ensuring a diverse and inclusive workplace throughout the pandemic.
