Vice President
CHEP UK and Ireland
Helen joined CHEP in 2003 and became Vice President, Northern Europe in 2017. Prior to this role, Helen held a variety of leadership positions in European Key Accounts, National Account Management and Logistics Services and was promoted to Director, Retail and Asset Management in 2012. She holds a Degree in English and French Literature from Leeds University.
Finance Director
CHEP UK and Ireland
Carla joined CHEP in 2002 and became Finance Director, CHEP UK and Ireland in 2015. Carla has a wealth of experience in leadership and change management, which have been instrumental in transforming Finance to be a true partner to the business, driving value and providing the financial support to lead the business beyond our objectives. Carla lives with her husband Tim, son Louis and dog (2nd child) Oscar. She enjoys most outdoor sports including walking, running, off road biking, skiing but spends most weekends competing on her horses.
Customer Operations Director

Stephen joined CHEP as a logistics manager in 2008, before moving into account management. Stephen has help a number of roles before becoming Customer Operations Director in 2018. Stephen has developed the operations and insights team to transform the capability of internal support to enable Customer relationship managers to focus on building customer value. He holds a Master of Engineering degree from the University of Cambridge, as well as an MBA from Cranfield School of Management.
Customer Transformation Director

Katie Wilkinson, Customer Transformation Director CHEP UKI is a qualified scientist and an experienced and passionate change leader. She has 14 years’ experience in supply chain and change management, providing solutions to some of Europe’s largest retailers and manufactures. In her current role, she is responsible for leading the transformation of CHEP UKI, in order to deliver unique value to its customers. Katie is an expert in Six Sigma, lean manufacturing, change management and employs the latest techniques and principles to drive change effectively. Katie and her team are currently leading the implementation of Agile and Scrum framework, in order to double value in half the time. Katie lives in the countryside with her husband Rob and son Noah, she has a pampered French bulldog called Nala. She loves reading, snowboarding and festivals. She is an amateur behavioural scientist and aims to study this more in the future.
Customer Partnerships Senior Director

Matt joined CHEP in 2003 as Business Manager, Automotive and has held a variety of Customer Solutions and Business Development positions in Sub-Saharan Africa. He became Country General Manager, CHEP India in 2016. Matt has played a key role in turning around the business in India and making it profitable for the first time in the country’s history. He leaves behind an engaged and motivated organisation that with no doubt continue on this fantastic, successful path.
Supply Chain Senior Director

Adrien joined CHEP in 2007, first as plant operations manager in Castrop-Rauxel, Germany, joining and held numerous roles across the globe before joining the UKI leadership team in his current role in 2018. Adrien brings a passion for improving supply chain processes, driving efficiency and network optimisation, with over 22 years of supply chain experience. In addition to a six sigma black belt he holds an MSc in Industrial engineering and Management Science from Eindhoven University of Technology.
Customer Service Director

Rachel joined CHEP in 2003 and has held various management roles within Customer Service, Sales, Programme Management and Account Management. For the last two years she has held the role of Senior Manager, Customer Services, Northern Europe, in which she transformed the Customer Service function, having overall responsibility for developing and implementing a customer-centric culture which delivers Northern Europe’s ‘Easiest Choice’ strategic vision.
Project Lead, Brexit
CHEP Europe
Iñigo joined the company in 2004 as New Business Development Manager, Automotive and went on to hold Manager roles in Asset Management, e-Trading and Customer Solutions. He became Director of Sustainability, EMEA in 2016 and moved to the role of Project Lead, Brexit in 2018. In this role Inigo is responsible for analysing how our company may be impacted by different Brexit scenarios and creating response plans for each one.
