Laura joined Brambles in 2003 and was appointed President, CHEP North America and a member of Brambles’ Executive Leadership Team, effective January 1, 2018. Prior to this, Laura held a number of senior leadership roles at CHEP. In July 2016, she was appointed Senior Vice President / General Manager of the CHEP USA Pooled Pallets business and then President, CHEP USA in March 2017, when she assumed additional responsibilities for the CHEP Recycled Pallets, Pallecon and Automotive businesses in the USA. Earlier, Laura had a successful tenure as Vice President, Supply Chain in CHEP Latin America, where she drove a strong network optimization and accelerated automation strategy. In 2008, she was Vice President and Country General Manager, CHEP Iberia. Despite the significant economic headwinds in Spain at the time, Laura grew the CHEP Iberia business, improved customer relationships and strengthened the leadership team. In 2006, she was Vice President, RPCs (Reusable Plastic Crates), Europe. Laura started her career with Brambles as Director, Retail Sales, CHEP Europe.
Prior to Brambles, Laura worked for a number of years at the Fortune 500 logistics company, Ryder. Laura holds a Master of Engineering from the University of Buenos Aires (Argentina) and a Master in Business Administration from the London Business School.
Vice President and Country General Manager
Frank joined Brambles in 2003 and was promoted to Vice President and Country General Manager, CHEP Canada in 2020. He began his career with the company as Manager, Sales, CHEP Canada, and was promoted to National Director in 2012. Throughout his 17-year career with CHEP, Frank’s customer-centric approach has helped build lasting, strategic relationships with customers, and he’s been instrumental in onboarding some of the largest customers in Canada. His involvement with leading Supply Chain and Sales associations brings tremendous value to his work. Frank was promoted to Senior Director, Sales and Customer Service, in 2017, and held that position until his promotion to the Canadian leadership role.
Frank has a Bachelor of Arts in marketing from Niagara College, is completing a Bachelor of Management degree from Athabasca University. Outside of his education achievements he also holds a Certified Sales Professional (CSP) Designation with Distinction.
Sr. Director & GM, CHEP Pallecon and Automotive
Amelia joined CHEP in 2004, and is currently the Senior Director and General Manager for two business units in North America: CHEP Automotive & Industrial Solutions and CHEP Pallecon Solutions. Previously, she held roles in Operations, Logistics, Tactical Planning and Industrial Engineering across the CHEP Pallet business, and now leads the Containers division in North America.
Amelia holds a bachelor of science in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida, and resides in Michigan with her husband and two children.
Senior Vice President, Supply Chain and Manufacturing Operations

Tyler joined CHEP in 2018 as Senior Vice President, Supply Chain and Manufacturing Operations, overseeing facilities in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean. Before joining CHEP, Tyler held leadership positions at General Electric, Baxter Healthcare (NYS: BAX), Danfoss A.S., and Komatsu Mining. He gained much of his early leadership experience with the General Electric Company successful tours as an Officer in the United States Navy. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from The University of Tennessee and a Master of Arts degree in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University.
Senior Vice President, Sales and Customer Service
Jake joined CHEP in 2006 and was appointed Senior Vice President, Sales and Customer Service, CHEP USA in 2018. At CHEP, Jake has served in a number of different leadership positions with both manufacturing and retail customers, domestically in the US and globally. Prior to joining CHEP, Jake worked in litigation and dispute consulting. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Miami University.
Vice President, Human Resources

Mona joined CHEP as Vice President, Human Resources, CHEP North America in 2016. Prior to this role, Mona was a Senior Director, Human Resources with Intuitive Surgical. Previously, she spent eight years in human resources leadership positions across three different businesses for the General Electric Company. She holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Arts in Organizational Management and Leadership from the University of Wisconsin and SHRM-SCP certification.
Senior Vice President, Marketing and Strategy

Vishal joined CHEP in 2004 and was named Vice President for Marketing and Customer Solutions in February 2018. During his first few years at CHEP, Vishal held various roles in Supply Chain, Strategy and General Management. In 2007, he helped launch the CHEP business in India and served as Director, Supply Chain until June 2011. After returning to the U.S., Vishal led the strategy function for CHEP Americas until August 2013, when he was named Vice President for Retail Supply Chain Solutions for CHEP USA. In that role, Vishal managed relationships with the company’s top 100 retail customers.
Vishal has previous supply chain experience in the apparel and pharmaceutical industries. He holds a master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Southern California and an MBA in International Business from the University of South Carolina.
Vice President, Retail Supply Chain Solutions
James joined CHEP in 2018 as Vice President, Retail Supply Chain Solutions. Prior to joining CHEP, James held different leadership positions at The Coca-Cola Company, and before that, at the Pepsi Bottling Group. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Dayton.
