Laura joined Brambles in 2003 and was appointed President, CHEP North America and a member of Brambles’ Executive Leadership Team, effective January 1, 2018. Prior to this, Laura held a number of senior leadership roles at CHEP. In July 2016, she was appointed Senior Vice President / General Manager of the CHEP USA Pooled Pallets business and then President, CHEP USA in March 2017, when she assumed additional responsibilities for the CHEP Recycled Pallets, Pallecon and Automotive businesses in the USA. Earlier, Laura had a successful tenure as Vice President, Supply Chain in CHEP Latin America, where she drove a strong network optimization and accelerated automation strategy. In 2008, she was Vice President and Country General Manager, CHEP Iberia. Despite the significant economic headwinds in Spain at the time, Laura grew the CHEP Iberia business, improved customer relationships and strengthened the leadership team. In 2006, she was Vice President, RPCs (Reusable Plastic Crates), Europe. Laura started her career with Brambles as Director, Retail Sales, CHEP Europe.

Prior to Brambles, Laura worked for a number of years at the Fortune 500 logistics company, Ryder. Laura holds a Master of Engineering from the University of Buenos Aires (Argentina) and a Master in Business Administration from the London Business School.

Paola Floris

Paola joined CHEP in 2001 and became Vice President and General Manager, CHEP Canada in 2016. Prior to this role, Paola held a variety of leadership positions in CHEP Italy, including, her most recent role as General Manager. She holds an Economics degree from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore and an Executive Master in Business Administration from Bocconi Business School.

Drew Merrill

CHEP Automotive & Industrial Solutions
CHEP Pallecon Solutions

Drew joined CHEP in 2003, and is currently the Vice President and General Manager for two business units in North America: CHEP Automotive & Industrial Solutions and CHEP Pallecon Solutions. Previously, he spent 10 years in Silicon Valley leading teams in the development of technology solutions for Fortune 500 tech companies. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Northwestern University.

Mona Garland​

Mona joined CHEP as Vice President, Human Resources, CHEP North America in 2016. Prior to this role, Mona was a Senior Director, Human Resources with Intuitive Surgical. Previously, she spent eight years in human resources leadership positions across three different businesses for the General Electric Company. She holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Arts in Organizational Management and Leadership from the University of Wisconsin and SHRM-SCP certification.

Todd Hoff


Todd Hoff

Vice President, Marketing and Customer Solutions
CHEP North America 

Todd joined CHEP as Vice President, Marketing and Customer Solutions, CHEP North America in 2014. Prior to this role, Todd led marketing and product development for a global segment of Lennox International for seven years. Previously, he spent eighteen years in marketing and product development roles for the General Electric Company across a variety of industries. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Akron.

Christopher Young


Christopher Young

Senior Vice President, Supply Chain
CHEP North America

Chris joined CHEP in 2002 and became Senior Vice President, Supply Chain, CHEP North America in 2015. Prior to this role, Chris held a variety of leadership positions in the areas of Retail Supply Chain, Asset Recovery, Logistics, Planning and Operations. Previously, he spent seven years in the telecommunications industry. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida.



Kyle Otting

Vice President and General Manager
CHEP Recycled Pallet Solutions

Kyle joined CHEP in 2003 and became Vice President and General Manager, CHEP Recycled Pallet Solutions in 2017. Prior to this role, Kyle held a variety of leadership positions for both the pooled and recycled businesses in the USA. Previously, he spent three years in operations and service management roles with Cintas. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Hanover College.
