How does CHEP IBC rental work?
With our full-service container rental program, CHEP provides clean containers and liners to your manufacturing location. You fill the containers and ship them to your end-user. Once the product is emptied from containers and they’re ready to be picked up, CHEP will arrange for shipping back to the nearest CHEP facility. This often provides significant freight savings for fill and end-user locations that are separated by long distances. Once received by CHEP, the containers are made ready for their next use through a thorough inspection, repair as necessary, cleaning and sanitization.
How quickly can reusable shipping containers be sent to me?
We request 5 days order lead-time under normal operating guidelines. Once your supply chain requirements are collected and your business is set up on the CHEP program, you will have full access to our Customer Care Center to support ordering and collections requests, as well as a dedicated account manager who works with you to ensure your needs are met.
