  • How does CHEP IBC rental work?

    With our full-service container rental program:

    1. CHEP provides clean containers and liners to your manufacturing location.
    2. You fill containers and ship them to your end-user.
    3. Once the product is emptied from containers and they’re ready to be picked up, CHEP will arrange for shipping back to the nearest CHEP facility. This often provides significant freight savings for fill and end-user locations that are separated by long distances.
    4. Once received by CHEP, the containers are made ready for their next use through a thorough inspection, repair as necessary, cleaning, and sanitization.

  • How quickly can reusable shipping containers be sent to me?

    We request 5 days order lead-time under normal operating guidelines. Once your supply chain requirements are collected and your business is set up on the CHEP program, you will have full access to our myCHEP online portal. Additionally, our Customer Care Center can support ordering and collections requests, and a dedicated account manager will work with you to ensure your needs are met.

  • How do I get started with a container rental program?

    It’s easy to get a quote and free supply chain analysis from CHEP.  You will be asked to provide just a few pieces of information about your business. To get yours, email us at info.containers@chep.com, or call our Customer Care Center at (866) 855-2437, extension 4.
