  • What is a CHEP Pallet?

    CHEP utilizes a circular economy model, where high quality “pooled” pallets are shared across manufacturers, distributors and retailers participating on the CHEP program. Customers rent CHEP pallets from this shared pool and CHEP recovers and repairs pallets as needed, to ensure customers receive pallets when and where needed.

  • What are the CHEP pallet dimensions?

    The standard US pallet size is 48 x 40 inches. CHEP pallet height is 5.6 inches. Our wide range of CHEP pallets and containers can maximize your supply chain efficiency and performance. For more information on pallet dimensions, please view Standard Pallet sizes by country.

    1. Sort out CHEP pallets
    2. Safely stack them
    3. Contact us on chep.com and pick "Request a Pallet Pickup" 
    4. Complete the online form and submit
    5. A member of our Asset Recovery team will come to collect our blue pallets

  • What kind of wood are CHEP pallets made from?

    CHEP pallets are made from 100% reusable or recycled materials. Our quality timber is sourced from a controlled selection of different wood types, primarily kiln-dried Southern Yellow Pine.

    CHEP is building a more sustainable supply chain, our Zero Waste World  initiative focuses on eliminating physical waste, eradicating empty transport miles and cutting out process inefficiencies.
