As part of our commitment to improve your experience and to make it easier to do business with CHEP, we are delighted to inform you that we have enhanced our issue and return notifications from myCHEP. Effective 18 October 2021, all users of myCHEP will be able to receive an order status email notification when their order moves from ‘Requested’ to ‘Planned’. Note: ‘Planned’ in myCHEP means a customer’s order is confirmed for delivery or pickup. As a reminder, to assist with planning, during this unprecedented period of high demand, please place all orders via myCHEP with at least 48 hours’ notice before required collection or delivery date. If less than 48 hours, an error message will appear. If you have any queries or require support, please contact your account manager or customer service on 13 2437 (13 CHEP).
