Christmas and New Year Period Trading Hours

As we enter this very busy time and as demand for pallets remains high, we’ve extended our usual holiday opening times to ensure that we accept all returns during the Christmas and New Year period.

  • For the trading hours of all CHEP Australia service centres during the Christmas and New Year period, click here
  • To view the specific trading hours for CHEP Australia service centres handling CHEP Foldable RPCs for the Coles Supply Chain from 11 December 2021 to 9 January 2022, click here.

We continue to request at this time that you place all orders via myCHEP with at least 48 hours’ notice before the required collection or delivery date.

Orders for CHEP Movement Docket (CMD) and CHEP Exchange Docket (CXD) books
Orders need to be received by Monday, 13 December 2021 for delivery before Christmas. Orders will resume from Tuesday, 4 January 2022.

NEW issue and return email notifications from myCHEP

As part of our commitment to improve your experience and to make it easier to do business with CHEP, we are delighted to inform you that we have enhanced our issue and return notifications from myCHEP. Effective 18 October 2021, all users of myCHEP will be able to receive an order status email notification when their order moves from ‘Requested’ to ‘Planned’. Note: ‘Planned’ in myCHEP means a  customer’s order is confirmed for delivery or pickup. To support you in setting up these notifications, click here to access the myCHEP Q Card on Issue and Return Notifications.

As a reminder, to assist with planning, during this unprecedented period of high demand, please place all orders via myCHEP with at least 48 hours’ notice before required collection or delivery date. If less than 48 hours, an error message will appear. If you have any queries or require support, please contact your account manager or customer service on 13 2437 (13 CHEP).

High demand for CHEP Australia Wood Pallets

We are currently experiencing very high demand for CHEP Australia pallets and some challenges and delays with processing orders, especially at short notice.
