To improve our responsiveness to your order management queries, we’re pleased to introduce CHEP AVA™, available on all Issues & Returns pages and in Manage Calendar within myCHEP.
This 15-minute course explores the key things you need to know about your CHEP invoice. It covers the five sections that make up your CHEP invoice including your invoice, invoice details, transactions, spend analysis and activity analysis. It also goes through equipment movements to and from your account, associated fees and charges, as well as high-level insights into equipment balance and spend trends over time.

As part of our commitment to improve your experience and to make it easier to do business with CHEP, all users of myCHEP can now receive an order status email notification when their order moves from ‘Requested’ to ‘Planned’. Note: ‘Planned’ in myCHEP means a customer’s order is confirmed for delivery or pickup. As a reminder, to assist with planning, please place all orders via myCHEP with at least 48 hours’ notice before required collection or delivery date.
